Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have any issues or problems with items. We do not accept exchanges 

Personalised or custom orders are non returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value  

Shipping is an additional cost to buyer and will be shown separately when ordering. We are unable to take responsibility if mistakes are made during the ordering process, so please check all your details and order correctly, please notify us ASAP of any amendments and we will endeavour to try our best to amend
